Rates & Insurance

We are a private pay practice. We offer simple prices with expert level care. We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards for payments. Sessions rates are as follows:

  • Individual Sessions: $125

  • Family/Sibling Sessions: $150

  • LENS Neurofeedback:

    • $150 initial consultation

    • $125 each subsequent session

    • $50 when done in conjunction with therapy

  • Sessions for Children Currently in Foster Care: Contact for Pricing

  • School/Corporate Lectures: Contact for Pricing

With private pay, we can create a customized treatment plan specifically catered to you and your needs. While we do not take insurance, we can provide you a superbill to file with your insurance. This does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement. If you are curious about the reasons behind this decision, we are happy to explain a little further.

Insurance companies require a diagnosis when sometimes one is not medically necessary. While a diagnosis can be diagnostically necessary at times, we believe there are times though when the only diagnosis is “human.” That doesn’t exactly cut it with insurance.

Billing insurance limits confidentiality. When clients use insurance, the information related to their mental health treatment needs to be shared with the insurance company. Some clients may be concerned about the potential loss of confidentiality and privacy that can come with involving a third party in their therapy.

Insurance companies may limit the number of sessions covered or require pre-authorization for continued treatment. This can be restrictive for clients who need longer-term therapy, and therapists may prefer to offer more flexible and individualized treatment plans. In addition, insurance companies often determine what modalities of treatment are covered which may not be suitable for your needs.

Your journey is our priority, and insurance companies can’t quite say the same.

  • If you are seeking services for your child, the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will join the child during the first session. This is our time to get to know each other, go over confidentiality and informed consent, how therapy is conducted, discuss the reason for services, and create treatment goals.

  • We are in Aledo, directly off the access road between 1187 and Ranch House Road on the corner of Bankhead and Nu Energy. We are the large office space in the Bearcat Storage parking lot. We can't wait for you to enjoy our space as much as we do!

  • If you are unable to attend a session, you may cancel at least 24 hours beforehand with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full session rate.
